1. No one under 18 will be allowed to enter or remain in the riding area of vault park unless they are wearing full protective gear, including, but not limited to, a helmet, elbow and knee pads. Participants over the age of 18 are not subject to wearing elbow and knee pads, but are required to wear a helmet at all times.

2. All participants and visitors entering the riding area of vault park must have a signed liability waiver and photo ID on file with vault park.

3. Participants under the age of 18 must have their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) sign the waiver in the presence of a VAULT, LLC or GREASY COMB, LLC employee. (There are no exceptions to this rule.)

4. All participants must skate/ride safely at all times and avoid collisions with other participants. There will be no skating/riding outside the park or on the adjacent properties. Fighting or other aggressive or disruptive behavior will result in ejection from vault park.

5. No food or drink may be brought into the riding area. Participants may only consume food and drink in the designated areas. Non skate/rider equipment or gear, and any other items, must be stored in locations outside the ramp area. vault park is not liable for lost or stolen items.

6. Smoking or consumption of alcohol/drugs is prohibited in this facility and on the surrounding properties. Violation of this rule will result in permanent ejection.

7. No one under the age of six (6) years shall be allowed into the riding area of vault park.

8. No contests of any sort are allowed in vault park unless organized and run by vault park itself.

9. Vault park reserves the right to terminate any membership and to eject anyone at any time for any reason.

10. No shirt, no shoes, no dice!
